What is CAC?
Since its establishment in 2019, “Tsunagu” has been providing children who have suffered abuse and sexual violence with interviews in a neutral position, procedures and support to protect their rights, and physical and mental care. We operate as a one-stop center for children (CAC: Children’s Advocacy Center), providing one-stop, long-term support for children.
Victimized children have to repeatedly tell the courts, medical personnel, and other relevant parties about what happened to them, which can expose them to intense stress.
CAC is a one-stop service that provides interviews, examinations, and psychological care for children who have been abused or sexually assaulted.
problem solving
There are over 900 CACs in the United States, but there are currently only two in Japan, including our corporation.

To this end, we are focusing on publishing the Japanese version of judicial interview guidelines under the New Judicial Interview Project and training to develop experts.
We participated in “April Dream” with the aim of establishing CACs across Japan and making CACs commonplace for the children who will be responsible for the future.
