Our mission defines Yokya.
The general meaning of yang kya is as follows.
[Meaning of “cheerful character”] A person with a bright
personality, good at socializing, and an active person. Positive character. ⇔Yin Kya.

We have expanded the original meaning of “Yokya” and defined Yokya as “a person who is healthy both physically and mentally,” “a sociable and cheerful person,” and “a person who brings happiness to those around them.”
Our dream is to make all Japanese people, and by extension, all of humanity, Yokya.
Are there more positive or negative people in Japan?

According to Sirabee’s research, there has been an increase in the number of people who consider themselves “yinkya” in recent years. It’s just my experience, but I feel the same way. I’m sure everyone reading this article has a similar experience.
Now,
I would like to introduce myself and explain why our company’s mission is to “create a society filled with Yokya.”
Joined CyberAgent in 2020 Corona generation

I am Hiroo Yonehara, representative of GinTrick Co., Ltd. Born in 1995, joined CyberAgent (hereinafter referred to as CA) in 2020 after graduating from Tokyo Denki University Graduate School. Since 2022, he has been working as the representative of GinTrick Co., Ltd.
In 2019, the year before I joined the company, I was working as a part-time employee.
CA has a system where after receiving a job offer, you can work part-time in various departments.
During my part-time job, I worked at Tapple → Ameblo → Applibot and three subsidiary companies (technically speaking, Ameblo is under the direct control of CA).
I had a variety of exciting experiences during my part-time job as an unofficial employee up until Applibot, and I was hopeful about joining the company.
Partly because I had come into contact with so-called “positive” employees during my part-time job, I was very lively before being assigned as a new graduate.
However, right after I joined the company in 2020, due to the spread of the coronavirus, I was forced to work remotely even as a CA. As a new graduate, I was assigned to Tapple, but I was remote for about half of my first year.
As I spent my days alone without going to work, I gradually felt that my energy was decreasing and I was becoming gloomy.
Even in the midst of all this, I was a member of an in-house activation team called the “Tapple Enthusiasm Team,” and I was working hard to communicate even remotely and to liven up the company and its people as much as possible. Although I am an engineer by profession, I enjoyed the activities of this promotion group the most.
As a result of this activity, I became more cheerful and the company became more energetic. There are a lot of people who are naturally bright, so maybe everyone was fine regardless (lol)
There have been changes in myself, but there was a decisive event that fueled my sense of mission to make people into Yokya.
One day, I had a chance to talk with a junior at university. Surprisingly, at that time, my junior said that he had hardly met any faculty members for two years.
When I spoke to young people at other universities, I received similar answers. Fortunately, I was able to communicate with other members of the company remotely when I was a company employee, but without that, I might not have had the opportunity to talk to anyone.
I think the younger you are in college, high school, and junior high school, the more this problem becomes latent.
Of course, the so-called Generation Z may be good at spending time alone. Subscriptions are popular, coronavirus is also popular, and people have had smartphones since they were children, so even if you are alone, you will not be inconvenienced.
However, I think that our generation, who think it is better to be a “positive person”, that is, “a sociable and bright person”, can convey the goodness of “positive character” through services for future juniors and future generations. Isn’t there? So I decided to start my own business.
Days in search of Yokya
I think there are many different interpretations of the word “yangkya” depending on the person.
Personally, I used to see my career as a CA employee as a milestone, but instead of just giving it a fluffy image, I wanted to actually put it into words and create a reproducible “positive character.” After that, I talked with various “Yokyya” people and discovered something in common.
First, they were “people with sports experience” or “people who exercise at the gym or other places every day.”
A healthy body is essential for being bright and energetic.
Next, even among those who did not exercise, those who had families and pets were also more likely to be positive.
In other words, people who were mentally and physically fulfilled were the ones who were bright, sociable, and able to make those around them happy.
Therefore, at our company, we define “Yokya” as “a person who is healthy both physically and mentally,” “a sociable and cheerful person,” and “a person who brings happiness to those around them,” and we are creating services that increase “Yokya” every day.
Among these, we have developed a service called “Pet Feeling AI” that enriches your “heart.”
We hope that both those who already have pets and those who will start owning pets by learning about this service will use the “Pet Feeling AI” to become “Yokya” more and more.
Future prospects
We hope that “Pet Feelings AI” will continue to be updated with new functions and will be used by a variety of people.
Recent ideas include “new cute speech bubbles” and “prompt intervention in GPT.”
We are also creating a “community” function and are developing content that will allow users to become “Yokya”, such as online and offline meetings.
We are also creating services in the “physical” area, and are also developing an online sports lesson studio called “LessonTrick.” This hasn’t been released yet, but I hope to be able to release it after repeated hearings.
lastly
“April Dream” is a project by PR TIMES in which companies broadcast their dreams that they hope to eventually come true on April 1st. We are seriously aiming to make this dream come true.
