*Last year’s AprilDream dreams come true! ! We will disseminate “small factory technology, world-standard manufacturing culture, and DEI-based management” to both Japan and overseas through a virtual tour (VR)! *

In 2020, due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, sales in the manufacturing industry were cut in half while sales and exhibitions could not be held. When we were discussing whether we could create content that would enable us to promote our expansion of sales channels and overseas expansion in order to survive in a difficult environment, we realized that we should use DX to communicate ourselves in a way that has never been seen before. So, we thought, “Let’s create a new business collaboration,” and while thinking about what our customers would like to see, we came to the conclusion that it would be revolutionary to show them a virtual factory tour. We have planned an exhibition where you can take a virtual tour of the factory anytime and anywhere, and have started the “OSAKA Town Factory EXPO.” [

Through this initiative, we have been able to revitalize participating companies through information exchange, develop new connections with the government and students, and start doing business with distant customers with whom we have not done business before, through virtual tours. This has led to the awareness of small factories in various places.
