Japan Medical Company Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Hideaki Ohno, hereinafter referred to as the Company) is pleased to announce that Kane Ishikawa has been appointed as CFO, effective April 1, 2024.
Ishikawa will leverage his diverse experience as a manager, including new business launches, turnarounds, public offerings, and M&A, to further strengthen our management structure in preparation for listing.
