The soft dough wraps the potato and mentaiko filling, and the surface is topped with bubuarare to give it a chewy texture. The fluffy potatoes and mentaiko go perfectly together. As a finishing touch, olive soy sauce is applied to the surface, which brings out the fragrant aroma.

Hokkaido red bean Ogura bean paste and cream cheese are wrapped in dough made from Uji matcha and baked. A fusion of Japanese and Western bread that combines rich matcha brioche dough, Ogura red bean paste (Japanese), and cream cheese (Western).
