What is HR talk?
This is a matching app that allows companies and students to easily connect. The students are first- to fourth-year university students, and in addition to hiring new graduates, we can also offer long-term internships, outsourcing, and part-time jobs. This service is also equipped with the industry’s first function that allows you to create a resume with a video, and another feature of this service is that detailed personal information of students can be checked within the app, allowing for high-quality matching.

Launch background
As job hunting becomes earlier and longer, the time spent on job hunting per day is decreasing from an average of 6 hours for 2018 graduates to 4.4 hours for 2018 graduates (*1) Awareness and efficiency are increasing. However, the job-hunting support market is crowded, and job-hunting students have to choose from a large amount of information not only their industry and job type, but also the type of service they should use.
Against this background, we decided to create a service that would reduce the number of man-hours required for job hunting and increase the amount and concentration of communication in order to reduce mismatches.
Equipped with a UI/UX that can be used like a SNS that is familiar to the digital native generation, we help with the complicated job hunting process.
