Since when did I start to only care about what those around me thought? I try to remember those days when I lived my life faithfully to my heart with sparkling eyes.
That’s it. It’s okay to live like that.
For me, Pilates is a time to reconsider myself.
Breathing and soft power are always making me grow.
The true nature of the suffocation that CEO Watanabe felt as a woman was due to “acting out what someone else expected of me.” That’s when I discovered Pilates. In today’s rapidly changing society, an hour spent facing one’s mind and body is a luxurious and endearing time.
With the desire to bring “self-love” to as many women as possible through Pilates, we opened a private Pilates studio in Sapporo in October 2023 that is fully members-only.

We will create a Pilates community where you can embody the idea of “love me more.” We provide not only Pilates lessons, but also a community where brilliant women can inspire each other.

The company aims to open five stores in Hokkaido, which will expand the opportunities for more women to play an active role. We will expand the opportunities not only for our members but also for the members who work together at the studio. We aim to expand the number of stores in Hokkaido so that we can offer work styles that are “just for me” and that are flexible and suit your lifestyle so that you can be active even while raising children. (Recruiting initial members for 2nd store)

We will develop an infrastructure that allows you to beautiful your mind and body through Pilates. From our second store, we will begin offering not only private lessons, but also semi-private lessons that you can easily attend, creating a Pilates environment that can be integrated into your daily life.

Our mission is to make you love yourself more through Pilates. It is a journey for each woman to face herself and achieve the dignified beauty that overflows from within. Through this journey, we aim to improve women’s self-image and promote women’s empowerment.
Social media has increased the pressure on body image and created a “me” for someone else. However, our studio is a place where things come true for me, not for anyone else. Pilates is a tool to develop self-esteem and increase your ability to love yourself.
“My Pilates” creates an opportunity for women to gain confidence in themselves and shine through Pilates.
