“POP FIRE TOWN” is a stay garage created by outdoor goods brand POP FIRE. The concept is to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. “Base No. 1″ is completed in Shirako Town, Chosei District, Chiba Prefecture.

Recently, the need for “garages” has been increasing due to changes in work styles and diversification of hobbies. The “POP FIRE TOWN” we provide is a hobby space that goes beyond the existence of a garage. The concept is to be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors.
We think of it as being like a small “theme park.”
If you like bikes, this is a place where you can spend time with your bike. If you love the outdoors, this is the perfect base for you to play. A place to enjoy your hobbies.
Of course, there are many people who are interested in cars and motorcycles, but also people who are interested in garage life. The supply of rental garages is also increasing. However, in general, I think many people still think of a “garage” as a “garage.” We want to provide a place where many people can learn about the new form of “garage” and have fun experiencing it.
Building a “garage” may not be easy. Of course there is the cost, but you may also need to secure a place and your family’s understanding. In order to enter into a purchase or rental contract, you should be able to imagine a fun garage life if you can actually experience it. It could be a place like that.
And we want to create such places all over the country.

Last year, we opened the first base of “POP FIRE TOWN”.
The image is a beach house on the west coast. It’s close to the coast, you can do marine sports, and there are hot spring facilities nearby. Because of this location, we decided on Shirako Town, Chosei District, Chiba Prefecture.
Aiming to be a small theme park that resembles a small town, we built five buildings on the site, including an administration building. There are four accommodation buildings, each with its own individuality. We have had many customers visit us since we opened last summer. We have been used for trips with friends, couples and teams on motorcycle tours, people who like outdoor activities such as surfing and camping, and sometimes for photo shoots and meetings.
We started this service with the idea of ​​allowing our customers to enjoy garage life easily and comfortably, and we were happy to see customers enjoying it in a variety of ways.

The most important facility at POP FIRE TOWN is, of course, the garage. Cars are not allowed in the garage, but up to a few motorcycles can be parked. The most important thing is that the kitchen, table, and loft are located inside the garage.
There is a refrigerator, microwave oven, IH cooking utensils, and a safe electric BBQ grill, so you can cook, drink, and enjoy your time in the garage. The garage is equipped with air conditioning and a stove, so you can use it throughout the year. The adjacent living room is equipped with a toilet, shower, air conditioner, air purifier, and monitor, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a wooden deck on the outside of the building, and a small lawn area in front of it.

The company is called “Grand Fleet” and was founded in 2017. Although the name is big, we are a small company. This company manufactures and sells outdoor goods, sports shoes, work boots, etc.
We sell to outdoor specialty stores and shoe shops nationwide. There are many people living near us who like vehicles and outdoor sports, and we saw many people enjoying themselves.
The origin of the name “POP FIRE TOWN” is “POP FIRE”, an outdoor goods brand that we operate.
It was named after. The brand “POP FIRE” is a commercialization of the world view of illustrator Hiroaki Ushioda’s “illustrations,” and is a brand of goods that create a fun outdoor life.
I think there is a “garage” and “lifestyle” that only we can create. A place where people who value style and hobbies can gather. Create a place like a small theme park.
It’s still a long way off, but we’re seriously thinking about opening such places nationwide.
As the representative myself, I built a small garage house about 15 years ago. Since it’s a small garage, things didn’t go as planned, but we managed to arrange a table and chairs.
Then my friends heard about it and came over.
We talked about our hobbies, asked for advice, sometimes served as a gathering place for children, and sometimes served as a bar. “Garage” has various expressions.
