Ayumi Doi started her own business at the age of 24, and while working enthusiastically while raising children, she began to suffer from poor health for a while in her 30s, and upon doing some research, discovered that she was allergic to eggs and dairy products. As he learned more about it, he was impressed by its depth.
Not only does it have benefits for allergies, health, and beauty, but in fact, increasing the number of people who go vegan will help solve problems such as greenhouse gas emissions from meat production, industrial wastewater, and the world’s food problem. There’s a clue. I learned that seemingly small things like individual food choices have a variety of effects on myself and the environment, and I started thinking about making choices for a better future, even if it was just the same meal or shopping. I did.
From there, I began to choose products that were more organic and had a lower environmental impact, and that the manufacturing process was considerate of not only the environment but also the people working there, and using that experience, I became a certified Vegan Special Advisor instructor in Japan. He also became a director of the Vegan Association, and in 2023 he became the owner of “Style Table Kichijoji Parco Store,” an organic select shop with the theme of “Ethical, Sustainable, and Vegan.”
We operate our business with the belief that the more people choose products that are kind to people and the environment, the more beauty, health, and compassion the world will become. In order to further popularize ethical consumption, we will provide encounters with ethical products and contribute to creating a global environment where everyone can live in peace and security.
