1. Background and purpose of this collaboration
The trend of “digitization” has accelerated due to the coronavirus pandemic, bringing about major changes in individual values and behavior. We are working to meet the diversifying needs of customers and the expectations of stakeholders to solve local issues. To achieve this goal, each bank has a common challenge of contributing to the sustainable development of the region while increasing management efficiency as a regional financial institution.
In this environment, the two systems-related systems-related groups share knowledge and know-how and aim to realize efficient system operations and business processes, as well as improve customer services and support regional economies. We have decided to establish this study group to contribute to sustainable growth.
The Bank Group will collaborate with the banks participating in this study group to provide value-added services to local communities and customers, and to support customers’ enriched lifestyles through the advancement of systems, etc., and to be close to the local community. We aim to become an engagement bank group.
