Daiwa House Wood Renovation is a company that has spun off the detached house renovation and new construction business owned by Tokyu Re Design Co., Ltd. Tokyu Re Design was involved in the renovation of single-family homes and condominiums, the planning, design, and construction of newly built single-family homes and rental housing, and the contracting, planning, design, construction, and supervision of offices and commercial facilities.
