Study group overview
The Hosei University Innovation Management Research Center will be holding a bimonthly study session on the theme of “Internal
Communication in Sustainability.” The study session will be held in a hybrid format (face-to-face and online), and a 30-minute networking session will be held at the in-person venue after the study session ends. Participants will exchange business cards and information with each other (optional participation). All study sessions will be conducted in Japanese.
The first half of the study session will include key speeches by guests, and the second half will include discussions with
participants. Therefore, although it does not happen every time, there are times when we ask participants to make comments. However, I believe that each company has a different level of promotion of internal penetration, so if you are in charge of a company that has not yet implemented it, please feel free to share your thoughts. In addition, the study group systematically organizes the in-house penetration, but it is not a completely academic forum, and we use the experience of the field to summarize, so there is a lot for practical staff to learn. I am thinking.
Target participants are “persons involved in promoting sustainability within the company” and “researchers in the sustainability field.” It doesn’t matter what department you belong to or the level of promotion within the company. In addition, there are no restrictions on organization size or industry, so even those in charge of small and medium-sized enterprises can participate. There are no
pre-assignments, but you may be asked to complete a survey or be interviewed individually via email or at a meeting.
I want to systematically understand internal penetration, I have implemented internal penetration but I am not getting much results, I want to start promoting internal penetration but I don’t know where to start, I want to know about other companies’ examples of internal penetration, I want to know about other companies’ internal
penetration If you are in charge of a company and have issues such as wanting to exchange opinions with the person in charge, please join us.
