Announcement of business alliance with Hanshin 3 Tax Associations (Nishinomiya, Amagasaki, Itami)

As of April 1, 2024, Strike Co., Ltd. has acquired the Hanshin 3 Tax Accountant Association of Nishinomiya Tax Accountant Cooperative Association (Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture), Amagasaki Tax Accountant Cooperative Association (Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture), and Itami Tax Accountant Cooperative Association (Itami City, Hyogo Prefecture). We would like to inform you that we have entered into a business partnership agreement with Kyodo and have begun our business partnership.

1. Purpose of business alliance
Strike Co., Ltd. and the Hanshin Three Tax Associations will collaborate to propose and provide M&A services aimed at solving management issues for companies in Hyogo Prefecture, supporting the survival and growth of the companies, as well as providing support to businesses in the area. The purpose is to contribute to the
development of the local economy.
2. Details of business alliance
Strike Co., Ltd. and members of the Hanshin 3 Tax Associations work together to provide consultation on management issues faced by customers, such as business succession and business expansion, to propose solutions using M&A, and to meet customer needs. We have agreed to provide M&A intermediary services and M&A-related business services as required.
According to Tokyo Shoko Research’s National Age Survey of Presidents, the average age of presidents of companies headquartered in Hyogo Prefecture will be 63.8 years old in 2023, rising year by year, but there is no end to businesses closing due to lack of successors. It’s a situation. In addition, improving productivity has recently been recognized as an important issue for the survival of small and medium-sized enterprises. Under these circumstances, cases of utilizing M&A are increasing.
By working together with tax accountants with advanced tax expertise and members of the Hanshin 3 Tax Association, a tax accountant corporation, and our company, which specializes in finding and intermediating M&A partners, we are creating a more secure environment for our customers. We aim to provide services with a higher level of satisfaction.
Looking ahead, we will strive to improve our support system so that the Hyogo Prefecture tax accountant’s office can be proactively involved in the M&A needs of our clients, and we will do our best to contribute to solving the problems of as many small and medium-sized enterprises as possible.
