On April 22nd (Monday), Creek & River Co., Ltd. (C&R) will hold a free online seminar titled “Business Evolution The essential role of design Vol.1

The role of design is becoming increasingly important as business evolves. DX (digital transformation) and UX (user experience) are closely related in digitizing business and improving customer experience. In this seminar series, we will share tips and ideas for understanding the relationship between DX and UX and building effective design strategies that integrate the two.
The theme of this first session is “What is DX? From an overview of DX to its importance.” We will explain in an easy-to-understand manner what DX is and why design is essential for business, using examples. Recommended for those who feel that their understanding of DX is still insufficient, those who are worried that they are not going well while promoting DX within their company, and those who want to know how design is related to the success of DX. This is the content. In Volume 2 of this seminar series to be held in May, we plan to discuss in detail the UX thinking necessary for DX. Please continue to
participate.
Furthermore, in this seminar, Mr. Kensuke Murata, who will be on stage this time, will serve as a lecturer and will also introduce the service of “Monster Academia” where you can learn design from both creative and thinking skills.
