“Bitfan” has opened the official website and fan club of flutist Urara Sekii! SKIYAKI Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Tomohiro Kokubo, hereinafter “SKIYAKI”), which creates a platform that connects creators and fans, will launch Urara Sekii’s official website and fans on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Urara Sekii is a flutist from Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture. Believing in the potential of the flute, an instrument that is often lumped in with classical music, he continues to take on the challenge of classical music that transcends genres.In addition to his own performance activities, he is also a member of the Sagami Women’s University Junior and Senior High School Wind Orchestra. As a club band director, he is contributing to improving the base of wind music in Japan by providing brass band instruction to students and various organizations, as well as emceeing and giving lectures using his talk skills.
In 2016, he was in charge of teaching the flute to Kanna Hashimoto in the movie “Haru Chika”, and in 2021, he worked as a voice actor in the smartphone games “Over Eclipse” (as Hamaru) and “Million Monster” (as Tenko), and has a wide range of activities. In addition, in 2022, he held a music recitation play “The Miraculous Christmas Tree” in which he wrote, narrated, and performed, which was well received, and a second edition was performed the following year.
On Thursday, April 11, 2024, “~Sekii Urara Local Support Project~ Love Sweets Concert” will be held at Famous Cafe Cadenza in Tokyo. The event will be held at the Concert Salon.
