LegalOn Technologies Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director, Executive Officer and CEO: Nozomi Tsunoda, hereinafter referred to as LegalOn Technologies) moved its
headquarters to the “Shibuya Sakura Stage” SHIBUYA Tower on April 8, 2024. Due to business expansion and an increase in the number of employees, we expanded our office from one floor to two floors with an area of 1,600 tsubo.

Overview of office relocation
Due to business expansion and an increase in the number of employees, LegalOn Technologies has relocated its head office from Toyosu to the SHIBUYA Tower, Shibuya Sakura Stage, one of the largest
next-generation landmarks in Shibuya. “Shibuya Sakura Stage” is a complex facility directly connected to Shibuya Station that has a variety of functions including office, commercial, educational, and cultural facilities as well as residences.
With this move, we expanded our head office to 4,000 square meters and consolidated the development department, which had been separated at different locations, into the head office. Through consolidation, we aim not only to improve operational efficiency, but also to revitalize communication and create innovation between different departments. New office concept
The concept of the new office is “fusion and acceleration.” This concept was completed with the support of Vis Co., Ltd., which handles office design business and promotes work design. In order to generate innovation, it is important for people to gather in one place and communicate. In order for employees to demonstrate their maximum performance, we will accelerate innovation by achieving a fusion of “individual growth” and “team growth” in an office environment. ・Guest conference room area
In the guest area, we have set up conference rooms of various sizes depending on the purpose. The conference rooms are named after the business, and in the contract, “A, B, and C”, which represent the parties, are named for each area.

In addition, on the walls of each conference room in the guest area, explanations of contract types were posted under the supervision of our legal department in order to inform people both inside and outside the company about the various contracts.

Eliminate divisions between departments and create a work area that facilitates communication. Taking advantage of the great views on the 19th and 20th floors, the building is designed so that you can see the outside from every seat.

The “view area” located next to the window has booths that you can use without reservations for sudden meetings or when you want to change your mood and work, a one-seat sofa that is suitable not only for work but also for a break, and a place to eat and drink. We installed a pantry and bookshelf.

We have set up a free space where employees can easily gather and communicate freely across departments. The walls are decorated with graphics created by our designers. LegalOn Technologies has six values, and the growth of our employees with these values in mind is likened to the growth of the “pillars of value.”
