“FootballAssist,” a support project for university students run by ASSIST, and “BASE” to athletes and organizations supported by the company.
We will carry out a wide range of activities, including providing “FOOD” and educational activities on “nutrition and sports performance.”

My name is Yuki Otsu, CEO. Our company’s philosophy is to “maximize the value of sports,” and we work to improve the value of athletes and support everyone involved in sports.

Born in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture. He started his professional career with Kashiwa Reysol in 2008. After that, he played for Borussia MG in Germany and VVV Venlo in the Netherlands, returned to Kashiwa Reysol in 2015, played for Yokohama F. Marinos from 2018, and Iwata from 2021. In 2012, he participated in the London Olympics as a member of the U-23 Japan national team. He scored the team’s top three goals, including the goal that defeated the powerhouse Spain, and contributed to advancing to the top four. As a member of the A national team, he participated in two international A matches. ASSIST Co., Ltd. announced that he will retire from active duty at the end of the 2023 season.

Born in Nakano City, Nagano Prefecture. Raised in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, played for Kashiwa Reysol U-15 and U-18 before being promoted to the top team in 2008. After that, he moved to Hannover in Germany and Marseille in France before permanently transferring to Urawa Reds in 2021. He has been the team captain since 2023. He has been selected to represent Japan in each generation, and has been selected as a World Cup member for three tournaments: 2014, 2018, and 2022. Participated in 74 international A matches.
While playing an active role as a J-League player for Urawa Reds, he also serves as director of ASSIST Co., Ltd.
