Nice to meet you, my name is Nobuaki Miyoshi, representative of Kuroneko House LLC.
We are conducting activities in Kasaoka City that aim for coexistence between rescued cats and the local community.
While working at a university hospital, I have been focusing on cat protection activities in Kurashiki City.
It made me realize how many cats need love and a safe place to stay. I strongly wanted to change this serious situation, so in 2021 I moved to Kasaoka City with my rescued cats.
Currently, I am working hard to deepen understanding of local cat issues through my life with cats, my efforts in the local community, and educational activities through YouTube.
Our dream is to open a rescue cat cafe and create a “cat house” where visitors can stay and interact with cats.
This facility will be a beloved place for people who want to interact with cats, and at the same time will be a safe home for the cats. However, achieving this requires a large amount of capital.
Kuroneko House LLC was established to contribute to local communities and promote cat activities, similar to towns that have been
revitalized by cat energy, such as Onomichi City and Manabe Island. We aim to become a tourist town that aims for the development of Kasaoka and the coexistence of cats.

Medical expenses for rescued cats: I currently live with 42 cats. The cost of their necessary vaccines and neutering.
Purchase food and care supplies: Funds are also needed to purchase supplies needed for daily life, such as food, cat litter, and pet sheets.
Initial cost of a “cat house where you can stay”: The cost of renovating a house with a store into a sheltered cat cafe and private lodging facility. Appropriate facility maintenance in light of the coronavirus pandemic will require funds of approximately 10 million yen or more.

・Vaccination of kittens 10 kittens x 5,500 yen = 55,000 yen
・Spay/neuter 25,000 yen x 22 animals = 550,000 yen
・Feed fee 8kg 2,500 yen x 3 months x 6 months = 45,000 yen
・Wet food 2500X2X6 months = 30,000 yen
・Pet sheets, cat litter fee (2000+2000) x 3 x 6 months = 72,000 yen ・Facility maintenance cost: Cat tatami 12000X12 = 148,000 yen ・Shoji sash 4-panel double-glazed glass 300,000 yen

My dream is to create a community where cats and people can feel happy together in this beautiful town.
