……
Vector Vision Co., Ltd. (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo), led by Macross series director and mechanical designer Masaharu Kawamori, is hosting the 2025 Japan International Expo (hereinafter referred to as Osaka/Kansai Expo), which will open with the theme of “Designing a future society that shines with life”. One year ago, today, April 13, 2024, we have released the pavilion logo design, key visual, and uniform design for attendants and staff.
The “transforming logo” for “The Adventure of Life” produced by Masaharu Kawamori has been completed!
[Video 2: https://prtimes.jp/api/movieim.php?url=www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Nn9184I_Lc] The pavilion logo moves! ? 365 days left until the opening. One year ago today, we released the logo for “Inochi Meguru Adventure” produced by Masaharu Kawamori, which freely transforms into the shape of various living things.
This logo was created by art director Yuki Tokuno, who has won many advertising awards around the world, including Cannes Lions Gold and New York ADC Gold, and was produced by Masaharu Kawamori, a leading expert on transforming mechanisms in the anime industry. The design is unique to the pavilion.
A key visual drawn by Risa Ebata and a gorgeous PV are also released.
[Image 1: https://prtimes.jp/i/122231/6/resize/d122231-6-d064a67bd74d579fea7b-5.jpg&s3=122231-6-4952e1ba0c3c9d02829d57bda8e6416f-1929×2700.jpg] Masaharu Kawamori asked Risa Ebata, who collaborated with him on Macross Frontier, to create the key visual that symbolizes “The Adventure of Life.”
Based on the concept design by producer Kawamori, the relationship between day and night, the earth, moon, and sun appeals to the sensibilities of art and science, and the two people emerge from the “sphere of life” drawn in the center. The species “human” is also depicted along with a variety of living creatures.
Along with the release of the key visual, the Expo special page on Masaharu Kawamori’s official website has also been updated.
The promotional movie introducing the pavilion features Kenjiro Tsuda, a popular voice actor and actor, to narrate the Japanese version. In contrast, the English version featured narration by a Japanese child to represent diversity.
We hope this will help build momentum among fans of anime, and we hope that you will look forward to the content presented in the exhibition as Masaharu Kawamori’s latest work.

To nurture means to develop with care. In other words, it is an image closely related to education.
Therefore, the pavilion’s attendant uniforms were based on school uniforms. In addition to Risa Ebata’s unique perspective as a character designer, Akashi School Uniforms, a long-established school uniform manufacturer, was created under the direction of our pavilion’s SDGs advisor CLASS EARTH (Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, CEO Haruka Takagishi), who also produces school uniforms. Produced by Company (Kojima, Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, President Hidefumi Kawai).
Available in three patterns, including LGBTQ-friendly designs that have become popular in school uniforms in recent years, the uniforms are made from polyester material that does not easily emit
microplastics, and contribute to raising awareness of the impact that common polyester materials have on marine pollution.
Since this is a uniform for an event held at sea, we hope to use this as an opportunity to improve the circulation of the ocean’s ecosystem. On EARTH DAY on Monday, April 22nd, let’s look at the Earth from 36,000 km away.
[Image 4: https://prtimes.jp/i/122231/6/resize/d122231-6-e808eec320f3c0791aa2-3.jpg&s3=122231-6-6c91bfb848787e9f23956a53371aca3f-1384×779.jpg] In “Adventures Around Life,” there will be an exhibition called “Window of Space,” in which images of the Earth taken by Himawari, a meteorological satellite flying in space 36,000 km from Earth, are visualized in real time and displayed on giant LEDs. We are planning. Earth Day is a day to think about the earth.
Masaharu Kawamori talks with members of the KIBO space broadcasting station while looking at the miraculously beautiful planet Earth. Please enjoy a talk filled with love for the Earth between Masaharu Kawamori, who admires and loves space, and members of the KIBO Space Broadcasting Station, who are also pavilion staff.

Myakumyaku Creature Quest.”
This project uses the creature collection app “Biome” provided by Biome Co., Ltd., and three partner companies of the Shoji Kawamori Produced Pavilion will develop unique quests that collaborate with each company’s business content.
One of Japan’s largest animal searches, with over 700,000 pieces of data already collected in the first six months since its launch! The catchphrase is “Looking for living things is deculture!” Anyone can participate for free, and by providing information on the habitats of living things, both adults and children can have fun while contributing to the restoration of biodiversity.
A photo session with Myak Myak is also planned!
“Myaku Myaku”, the official character of the Osaka/Kansai Expo, will also appear at the event!
Would you like to join Kawamorikan and look for creatures in Awaji Island, which is full of nature?
Producer Masaharu Kawamori will introduce the pavilion, talk session with the quest owner, and biodiversity experts will talk about what everyone can do to achieve Nature Positive.
