Sukedachi Co., Ltd. We have entered into a distributorship agreement with SB C&S Co., Ltd. (location: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Kazuya Kusakawa, hereinafter referred to as “SB C&S”) for the “Sukedachi” matching service for customers and “Sukedachi Employees”, a recruitment service specializing in the construction industry. The constant labor shortage has become a serious issue in the construction industry, making it extremely difficult for small and medium-sized construction companies and builders in particular to arrange partner companies and hire craftsmen as employees. In response to these challenges, we have launched “Sukedachi Business/Sukedachi Enterprise”*1, a matching service for construction companies and builders with over 200,000 registered businesses, and “Sukedachi Employee”*2, a recruitment service specializing in the construction industry. Through this, we provide connections with many partner companies and skilled craftsmen.
We have recently concluded a distributor agreement (sales agreement) with SB C&S, which has the largest sales network in Japan. Under this agreement, SB C&S will be our resale partner, and the secondary agency contracted by SB C&S will sell “Sukedachi” and “Sukedachi Employees.” After installation, our customer success team will carefully support you.
Through SB C&S’s approximately 13,000 sales partners nationwide, we aim to help resolve the labor shortage in the construction industry as a whole by accelerating the expansion of the introduction of “Sukedachi” and “Sukedachi Employees.”
