Adding the essence of rose, which was loved by Mrs. Astor, the mother of St. Regis’ founder, is added to create a gorgeous scent. Taneya’s “Nama Dorayaki”, which is served with Oju, is exquisitely baked and has a fluffy and colorful dough, which is served with cents. Combined with fresh cream that has a gentle and delicate taste created by Regis Hotel Osaka’s pastry chef, it is branded with the St. Regis and Taneya logos.
