Torishima Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Torishima) has been negotiating with the JAM Torishima Manufacturing Labor Union, and regarding wage revisions and bonuses for 2024, we will implement an 8.4% base increase and bonus increase for union members on average, and increase the starting salary for new graduates. We would like to inform you that we have decided to increase the price.
1. Wage revision and bonus
We will implement salary revisions for union members with a base increase of 5.4% (including regular salary increases) and an average wage increase rate of 8.4% including bonus increases. This will be the third consecutive year that the bare bonus will be implemented, and the annual bonus will be 6 months’ worth, an increase of 0.5 months from the fiscal 2022 result.
2. Increase in starting salary for new graduates in 2024
In conjunction with the base increase in spring 2024, we have revised the starting salary for new graduate employees in 2024, increasing it by 12,000 to 13,000 yen.
