Survey results summary
When we conducted a survey to find out what kind of reviews people look for in health management apps, the number one answer was “ease of recording.”
We will also introduce other items in ranking format.
[Image:×768.jpg] The number one item was “ease of recording.”
“Ease of use” and “Easy to continue” came in second place, followed by “Functionality” which came in 5th place.
1st place: Ease of recording
– I think it’s necessary for a management app to be easy to record, since it can be a pain to fill in a lot of items. (Female in her 20s) ・The reason for this selection was to continue recording on a habitual basis. That’s why I often refer to reviews to see if it’s convenient and then use it. (Male in his 20s)
・The main purpose is to record information, and I think the way you use it will change considerably depending on how easy it is to do so. (Male in his 30s)
Number one is “ease of recording.”
If recording is a hassle, you tend to stop doing it, so you’ll want to choose a system that makes it easy to record continuously.
2nd place: Ease of use
・I think it’s only effective if you use it consistently, so I’m concerned about whether it’s an easy-to-use app. I don’t think an app will last long if it’s stressful to use every day, no matter how good its features are. (Male in his 40s)
・I think it’s something that has to be recorded every day, so even if it has a lot of features, if it’s not easy to use, I don’t think I’ll stop using it. (Female in her 20s)
・Rather than whether or not it can be used, usability, in other words, whether it is easy to read or not, is more important for continuous use. (Female in her 30s)
2nd place was “Ease of use”.
Since it is something that must be used every day, ease of use is also important.
3rd place: Ease of continuation
・There are some things you won’t know unless you try it first, so I look at opinions such as the trial period and ease of cancellation before making a decision. I avoid automatic updates from the initial settings. (Female in her 20s)
・I’ve tried using various products so far, but most of them only last for three days, so if I’m going to use them next time, I’d like to choose something that will last for a long time. (Female in her 30s) ・I can easily see myself getting bored with it, so I make it a point to make sure I can continue doing it. (Female in her 20s)
4th place: Fee
・It is natural that functions are important and that it is easy to use, but if the monthly usage fee is high, it will be difficult to continue using it. The first priority is to keep the rates affordable and easy to maintain. (Female in her 30s)
– Content is important, but if an app is too expensive, people won’t want to use it in the first place. I would appreciate it if it was cheaper. (Female in her 20s)
・Since this is a management app that can be used by individuals rather than for school or lessons, I would like to use something that is as cheap as possible. Ease of use and functionality are important, but I want to compare prices first before making a decision. (Female in her 30s)
5th place: Fullness of functions
・If you want to record simple health management, I don’t think you need to go to the trouble of using an app. I wouldn’t feel like using it if it didn’t have many functions that I couldn’t do by handwriting in a notebook or recording it on my computer. (Female in her 30s) ・In addition to recording, I think it would be good to have other functions that are beneficial for health, and a place where people can interact. (Female in her 30s)
・I’m curious as to how comprehensive the functions are. Of course, I don’t want it to be complicated when I register for the first time, so I’m also concerned about how easy it is to register. (Female in her 50s and up)
It was ranked 5th in terms of “Functionality”.
There were also opinions that it would be good if there were a lot of functions because they could be used in a variety of ways.
When we surveyed 100 people, 31.0% of them answered that it was “easy to record.”
Many respondents also said that they would like something that is easy to use habitually, and that it would be easier to record if there were fewer items.
Health management is meaningless unless it is done every day, so we understand that many people want to choose something that is easy to record.
If you are considering a health management app, why not refer to it? ■About Review Co., Ltd.
