When we conducted a survey to find out what kind of reviews people look for in health management apps, the number one answer was “ease of recording.”

“Ease of use” and “Easy to continue” came in second place, followed by “Functionality” which came in 5th place.
1st place: Ease of recording
– I think it’s necessary for a management app to be easy to record, since it can be a pain to fill in a lot of items. If recording is a hassle, you tend to stop doing it, so you’ll want to choose a system that makes it easy to record continuously.
2nd place: Ease of use
・I think it’s only effective if you use it consistently, so I’m concerned about whether it’s an easy-to-use app. I don’t think an app will last long if it’s stressful to use every day, no matter how good its features are. (Male in his 40s)

・It is natural that functions are important and that it is easy to use, but if the monthly usage fee is high, it will be difficult to continue using it. The first priority is to keep the rates affordable and easy to maintain. (Female in her 30s)
– Content is important, but if an app is too expensive, people won’t want to use it in the first place. I would appreciate it if it was cheaper. (Female in her 20s)

5th place: Fullness of functions
・If you want to record simple health management, I don’t think you need to go to the trouble of using an app. I wouldn’t feel like using it if it didn’t have many functions that I couldn’t do by handwriting in a notebook or recording it on my computer. Many respondents also said that they would like something that is easy to use habitually, and that it would be easier to record if there were fewer items.
