“CEO Audition – NEXT Unicorn -” will be broadcast on TV Tokyo BIZ *~Covering this project to recruit presidents who face global social issues and aim to become a unicorn company~*
TBM Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and CEO: Atsuyoshi Yamazaki, hereafter
TBM), in collaboration with the Japan CEO Association (Headquarters: Kyoto City, Representative: Chiho Tanaka, hereinafter referred to as the Japan CEO Association), holds an audition format for those who are starting a business now, those who have already started a business, and those who are starting a new business. We are recruiting “Presidents who aim to become a unicorn company” from people who are considering “Presidents who aim to become a unicorn company” (including representatives who are active in companies and teams), etc.
“CEO Audition – NEXT Unicorn -” will be held. This project was carried out by Team, which manages 30 group companies and has experience in listing

The CEO Audition is an audition for presidents based on the concept that “anyone can become a president.” In this project, we focus not on the president’s experience or business plan, but rather on discovering and producing the president’s individual personality and behavioral characteristics through screening. At the first CEO audition held in 2022, approximately 700 people from all over the country applied to become president.

Successful candidates of “CEO Audition – NEXT Unicorn -” will be eligible for TBM and Team
In addition to providing support for start-up and growth, Energy will provide a variety of environments and support necessary for business activities according to the needs of successful applicants, such as commercialization within the group, business alliances, and mentoring. The judges include President Yamazaki, founder and manager of TBM, a unicorn company, and Team
Energy founder President Nakamura and others will participate, discover challengers who aspire to become a unicorn company, and the judges will seriously face the challenge of creating a unicorn company. The only requirements for participation are will and passion; age, experience, and business plans are not a concern. This program is aimed at people who have the will and passion to tackle global issues and have a vision of becoming a unicorn company in the future.
