We have decided to hold the second collaboration event of the baseball fan community “Uchae!” run by President and Representative Director: Ryuta Takamatsu. On Monday, May 20th, we will be linking Masanori Hayashi, who played for the Tokyo Yakult Swallows and Yomiuri Giants. We will welcome you to the Sports Innovation Arena attached to the Sports Office and hold a talk show.
Former professional baseball players Tomohito Yoneno and Masanori Hayashi attended Shibuya, Tokyo (Link Co., Ltd.) on Monday, May 20th. He will appear at a talk event held at Sports). We will talk about a variety of topics, from the latest information on professional baseball, to memories from our playing days, to stories about our second careers together as managers. After the talk corner, there will be an autograph session and individual photo session. This is a talk event where the highlight will be the interaction between these two men who have taken on various activities even after retiring from professional baseball and have had unique careers! All professional baseball fans are welcome to join us.

* Tomohito Yoneno *Special MC*
Born in Hokkaido in 1982. Joined Yakult as a catcher in the 1999 draft from Hokuteru High School. From the time he joined the team, he was expected to be the first to play “post-Furuta.” In 2006, when Kaneto Furuta took over as manager, he played in 116 games, the most ever. He transferred to Seibu in 2010 and was converted to an outfielder in 2012, but left in 2015. During the off-season of the same year, he signed an unusual contract with Nippon-Ham as a catcher and assistant second-team battery coach, and retired at the end of 2016. After retiring, he opened a cafe called “Westside
cafe” for 4 years. Currently, he is opening a new store at Belluna Dome, the home of his former team, the Saitama Seibu Lions, and is serving as the representative of Westside LLC.

*Masanori Hayashi*
Born in Chiba Prefecture in 1983. Joined the Yomiuri Giants in the 7th round of the 2001 draft from Funabashi City High School. In 2006, he pitched in a career-high 62 games as a reliever. After being traded to Nippon-Ham, he contributed to the league championship in 2009. He moved to DeNA in 2012, where he played an important role as a left-field intermediate, and in 2014, he pitched in 56 games and won all teams. He will retire from active duty in 2017. Currently running the Funabashi Chuo Driving School, he also works as a professional baseball commentator.
