This is more than just a coffee shop. Launched in 2020 as a premier coffee education center, this place is driven by the passion and vision of founder Wing Yuen to develop a new chapter in coffee culture in Tokyo.

He has a master’s degree in design and, after a long career in multinational companies, sold his technology startup to a major Indian company in 2017 and then dove into the world of coffee. This bold move was born out of his belief in always learning, innovating, and connecting cultures.

Additionally, we regularly hold workshops and tasting events where you can learn about the coffee culture of various countries, allowing visitors to deepen their knowledge and understanding of coffee.
