MAKEINU. Representative Minori Oda (20) Debuts as a novelist from Gentosha *Misato Oda, the representative of the general incorporated
association MAKEINU., wrote her first work, “Today and tomorrow are losers.” (renewed edition), written at the age of 16, and will be published by Gentosha as her debut work. *
Minori Oda, the representative of MAKEINU., a general incorporated association, wrote her first work, “Today and tomorrow are losers.” (Renewed edition), written at the age of 16, will be published by Gentosha as her debut work.
Minori Oda, who was 16 years old at the time, was suddenly asked by a classmate, “Oda, write a book.”
This book was born out of this opportunity.
Based on this book, it was made into a movie by just 28 high school girls from Fukuoka, and it became a hot topic nationwide and around the world.
Amidst a huge response, the film production committee ended all activities for three and a half years on July 4th last year. After that, the film production members concentrated on their respective activities. Meanwhile, this publication was decided. Minori Oda’s debut work as an individual novelist will be published in book format.
Page 288 is where it all started.
There are many things that are not depicted in the movie, and some changes have been made from the first edition.

Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 2003.
Eiga World with the independent film “Today and Tomorrow are Losers”, which I was in charge of the original story and script for when I was in high school.
Received the cup2021 Best Work Award. He made his debut in 2024 by publishing the book he wrote at the time, “Today and tomorrow are losers.” (Gentosha).
