There was a difficult period when there was no profit left and the future was uncertain, but we carried out a great revolution!

As a result, profits are the highest ever despite the coronavirus pandemic. We were also able to place within the top 30 in all categories of the 100 Best Inns Selected by Professionals.
This is a feat unique to our museum in Fukui.
Sales profits are at an all-time high, employee bonuses are up 10%, and it is said that there is no other inn in the world of financial institutions that has been reborn like this. Even in times of labor shortages, our inn attracted a large number of new employees, up from 14 two years ago to eight this year, and I even started giving lectures on my know-how.

Our company’s president became the chairman of the Awara Onsen Ryokan Cooperative Association, and we made a drastic change.
Launched 5-year Reborn Project
Abolishing the vertical division of the parents’ association, landlady’s association, and youth division, with the youth division becoming the chairperson.
We have established the following committees.
1. Data Analysis Committee: A committee that collects accommodation data from each inn and utilizes it for measures.
2. Sustainability Committee: Joint joining ceremony and training sessions for each inn
3. Event Planning Committee: Planning and managing events in collaboration with other industries
4. Exchange Committee – Securing human resources by giving lectures within the prefecture, outside the prefecture, and overseas – Countermeasures against vacant buildings in the town
Our landlady also serves as the chairperson of the landlady
association. The sake “Lady”, in which all proprietresses of member inns are qualified to serve sake, is also very popular.
