Skydisk co-sponsored seminar “I learned it after failing 3 times! A thorough explanation of cases in which top-down DX progresses from the perspective of the field” seminar / Held on Tuesday, May 21st *Jointly sponsored by two companies with extensive DX support experience at the front lines of factories and manufacturing sites* Skydisk (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture,
Representative Director and CEO: Uchimura) supports DX in the domestic manufacturing industry.
Asato (hereinafter referred to as “Skydisc”) is a company founded by Caddy Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Taito-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Kato), which is challenging the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.
Co-hosted with Yushiro (hereinafter referred to as “Caddy”), we held an online seminar for management and DX promotion managers in the manufacturing industry titled, “I got it after failing three times! A thorough explanation of examples of how top-down DX progresses from the perspective of the workplace.” It will be held.

Seminar content
DX projects are launched from the top down, by cross-departmental organizations, and by departments.
Even though the project was originally supposed to be about improving the site, have you ever felt that the system has been introduced and the number of man-hours has increased, ignoring the site operations?

“I understand that you are trying to improve the workplace, but I wish you would understand the workplace a little better!”
Have you ever had that feeling?
How can we smoothly advance in-house DX from an on-site perspective?

In this seminar, Caddy and Skydisc, who have a wealth of experience in manufacturing DX, will provide a thorough explanation of smooth in-house DX as seen from the front lines of the workplace.

I recommend this hotel
– I worked on DX in the past, but it didn’t go very well.
– I am in a position of promoting DX, but I would like to get some hints on how to involve people within the company.
– I want to know how to proceed with in-house DX from an on-site perspective Name [CADDi × Sky Disc/Co-sponsored]
