Miura Kogyo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Tsuyoshi Yoneda), a leading manufacturer of industrial boilers, announced on April 30th that it has been operating in Germany for over 60 years and has built strong relationships of trust with customers. We would like to inform you that we have acquired all the shares of CERTUSS Dampfautomaten GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as “CERTUSS”), which we have built up.
1. Reason for grouping
CERTUSS manufactures, sells, installs, and repairs steam generators, etc., and has built a strong business foundation as an industry leader in Germany. Through this transaction, both companies aim to acquire new customers in Europe, where carbon neutrality is leading the way, as well as improve business efficiency and provide higher quality products and services.
