“DX Introductory Seminar Series ~To take the first step in DX~” Part 1 Basic concept of DX
In December 2018, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry published the “Guidelines for Promoting Digital Transformation (DX Promotion Guidelines)” with the aim of promoting DX. Since then, companies have been required to quickly respond to environmental changes and engage in DX (digital transformation), which not only transforms their systems but also their corporate culture.
In this seminar, IT consultant Masanori Kaji, who has actually supported RFP creation for IT implementation, organized and evaluated functionality, and supported in-house penetration after IT
implementation, took the stage and talked about what DX is. From this point of view, we will carefully explain the introductory content for starting DX, which incorporates basic digital literacy, BPR and design thinking, which are the steps to promote DX.
