Riva Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO Takashi Ito) provides return-to-work support (rework) and re-employment support services for people who have taken a leave of absence due to mental health conditions such as depression. In March of this year, we will open a new community space in Nishi-Shinbashi, and we will hold an opening event for people involved in management, human resources, and labor affairs.

Born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1990. Since 2014, he has been working at the Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. While engaged in research on the funding environment for startups and the promotion of the aircraft industry, he also worked to launch the “JAPAN+D” project in 2021, which explores the possibility of using a design approach to policy making. medium-sized companies mainly in the Kansai region, we learned from the “BE THE LOVED COMPANY” project, which aims to improve the resolution of “human capital management” that aims to balance employee happiness and company growth, and expand the number of companies implementing it. While working on this, he concurrently held a post at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, where he was engaged in organizational management reform, etc. My hobbies are saunas, listening to music, and visiting famous local shops (I like music by Sakanaction and Kururi)
