Our lives have changed completely since January 1st. Even now, I am unable to return to my old life. My shop has no plans to reopen, and we are having a difficult time. I feel that in order to revive restaurants, it is also necessary to help food producers, craftsmen, etc. Your support and encouragement will be a great source of encouragement and courage for the people in the disaster-stricken areas. We hope to be able to convey the current situation of Noto through food.

I think it will take a considerable amount of time to rebuild and rebuild, but I will continue to do my best without giving up, so I appreciate your continued support.
