On April 25, 2024, the installation of the pilot module for Dubai Reef, the world’s largest marine reef development project, began, and Hamdan, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council,・His Highness Bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum announced the start of the Dubai Reef project. An initiative started in February 2022 to reduce waste from plastic water bottles. Raise awareness by promoting the use of reusable water bottles, installing water stations across Dubai to provide free and safe drinking water, and raising awareness about plastic alternatives and sustainability issues.
