JR East Japan Planning Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Ryoji Akaishi; hereinafter referred to as “jeki”) collaborates with Mitemo Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; representative director: Tetsuya Sawada; hereinafter referred to as “mitemo”). , “Team iCHi Academy” conducts an academy (training) business specializing in human resource development for regional revitalization. As part of this, we will begin accepting applications for the Social Production Course (first semester of 2024).
In conjunction with the opening of the course, we will hold a Team iCHi Academy case study seminar and a Team iCHi Trial Academy. If you are interested, please join us.

This is a course that aims to materialize sustainable and highly effective projects that solve local issues while collaborating with a variety of stakeholders. In addition to learning the mindset and way of thinking, you will clarify your vision for working as a producer in the future, and aim to become a self-sufficient producer after completing this course. “Team iCHi Academy” will utilize the practical problem-solving and business design know-how in regional revitalization that jeki has cultivated through social business projects including “Team iCHi”, the OJT partner network that utilizes that know-how, and the human resources development of Mitemo.・By combining training know-how and providing an unprecedented regional human resource development program, we aim to produce “regional producers” who have regional production know-how in both the public and private sectors.

■Background of the establishment of “Team iCHi Academy”
The shortage of local human resources is accelerating due to the declining population and aging society, which are common issues throughout Japan.
There is a need for community development and policies that emphasize improving and disseminating the attractiveness of the region, activating new industries, and creating an environment where people can continue to live and want to continue living. We need people who can produce production. In response to these needs, we are creating a place to learn about regional development (regional revitalization), how to unravel regional issues, where to start solving them, practical solution methods, and the design of business plans. “Team iCHi Academy” will provide this service.
