Talk Shop, the face of the hotel, collaborates with local people and shops to provide an immersive experience in local gourmet food and culture. At the talk shop, we offer a variety of gourmet food and experience events where you can enjoy local “Eemon” and “Omoroi”. The restaurant offers a wide range of “eemon” menus, including pasta and pizza made with seasonal ingredients gathered at Osaka’s kitchen, Kuromon Market, near the hotel, as well as local cuisine, “Gaccio fried chicken.” We also have a wide selection of locally produced craft beer and coffee, so you can spend your time as you please, from morning to night, from work to play.
We will also invite local people to an experiential event where they can immerse themselves in the “Eemon” and “Omoroi” culture that has taken root in the area. There will be a knife workshop to learn from the shopkeepers of Sennichimae Doguyasuji Shopping Street, food sample making, and performances by artists. In addition, you can enjoy books selected by Mr. Nakagawa, the owner of the much-missed popular bookstore “Standard Bookstore,” which has closed down, in the talk shop, and book-themed collaboration events are also being planned. In addition, by allowing local people to freely use the talk shop, they can introduce recommended information to guests that only local residents can provide, and sometimes they can host their own events, creating interaction between local people and guests. We hope to create a new community.
Our hotel will continue to prepare for its opening on June 12th, while valuing the local history, culture, and connections.

Our salads and pizzas incorporate vegetables grown in Osaka, and we also have a lineup of Osaka’s representative soul foods such as takoyaki, kushikatsu, and meat soup.

In collaboration with local people, we will hold an event where you can connect with local people and experience various Osaka “eemon” and “interesting” things and things that we want to preserve in the future, including history and culture.
Participants will experience sharpening knives and making food samples while being taught by the staff of Sennichimae Doguyasuji Shopping Street, which has cooking utensils suitable for professional connoisseurs.
