Meitetsu Bus (Headquarters: Nakamura-ku, Nagoya, President: Ryoichi Shimizu) will be operating a specially painted bus in collaboration with Nagoya Railway to commemorate its 20th anniversary on May 11, 2024.
This vehicle is painted with a design inspired by the 9500 series, which debuted as a commuter train on Nagoya Railway in the beginning of Reiwa, and attention has been paid to details such as using the same material (moquette) as on trains for the seats inside the train. Masu. It is designed to be enjoyed not only by customers who use it for commuting to work or school, but also by fans of both trains and buses.
This bus will operate on routes within the Okazaki sales office from May 12th, and will also be on display at the Mitsubishi Motors Car Festival to be held in Okazaki City on May 19th. A commemorative photo session will be held at the booth.
