Prologis will hold a preview of Prologis Park Morioka on Wednesday, May 29th and Thursday, May 30th, 2024.
Prologis Park Morioka, a facility that responds to new transportation methods, is located in Yahaba-cho, Shiwa-gun, Iwate Prefecture, and is approximately 4.7 km (approximately 8 minutes) from Morioka Minami IC on the Tohoku Jukan Expressway, which is the logistics artery of the Tohoku area. It is also located close to No. 13, about 1.5 km away. Starting with Morioka City, you can reach Sendai in the south and the northernmost part of Honshu in the north within 3 hours. Furthermore, the use of National Route 46 makes it convenient for delivery to Akita Prefecture, making it an ideal location for delivery to the wide area of the Tohoku region, including the three Tohoku prefectures of Aomori, Akita, and Iwate.

Omnisorter is a three-dimensional sorting robot used in warehouses across the country. This will be the first time that the actual machine will be exhibited in Tohoku. More than 50 units have been installed over the past two years. It is possible to reduce sorting man-hours and significantly shorten work time.
