JA Mitsui Energy Solutions Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director) is a strategic business subsidiary in the renewable energy field of JA Mitsui Lease Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Takato Niibun). 1. Overview of this service
In this service, JMES rents the roof of a facility from an electricity consumer who operates a retail store or distribution warehouse, and installs solar power generation equipment and storage batteries. By installing a storage battery in the on-site PPA and having IGS control the charging and discharging of the storage battery, this initiative will contribute to the efficient use of renewable energy at the facility and the construction of disaster prevention bases in the region.
