ServiceNow is being introduced in Japanese companies as well. Not only that, but various overseas SaaS such as Boomi, LivePerson, Mendix, and SmartSheet are starting to be used in Japan as well. However, it is difficult to gather information about overseas products, and many people may not be able to grasp the actual situation. This time, we welcome Mr. Ayumi Mizoshiri, CEO of SazaeJapan, who is based in Australia and has a track record of introducing overseas SaaS to Japanese companies, to talk about the latest trends and application examples for Japanese companies.
