■Aloha Afternoon Tea
“Nothing symbolizes summer like flavorful, brightly colored
fruit.Beautiful and colorful desserts, cocktails, and smoothies are especially popular on the Hawaiian Islands. We were inspired by this to create this afternoon tea menu. ” says Patrick Thibault. Along with the brightly colored sweets, a gastronomic journey is created by Daniel Calvert, the executive chef of SEZANNE, which boasts two Michelin stars. The simple yet sophisticated savouries served before the sweets offer a glimpse of the artistry of our award-winning chef. Please spend an exciting time as if you were in Hawaii at MAISON MARUNOUCHI, where the warm sunlight shines through.
Patrick Thibault delicately expresses the playful “kawaii” that is unique to Japan, and the sweets that are reminiscent of Hawaii’s tropical fruits and travel scenes invite you to take a trip to Hawaii. Start your tropical journey with a Mai Tai mocktail, a Hawaiian dish that combines pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime.

Fresh mango and smooth lime whipped cream add a touch of beauty to the crispy tart.
On the other hand, “Chocolate Waffle Basket & Berry Cream,” a waffle basket luxuriously filled with berry jelly, vanilla & berry cream, is a sweet inspired by an acai bowl. Furthermore, “Haupia” is an innovative take on a traditional Hawaiian sweet, with the chewy texture of coconut, cinnamon-flavored butter sable, sweet potato cream, and roasted coconut flakes for an exquisite flavor.
