* ◆“Japanese University Admission Fair” sponsored by Lighthouse * The sponsor, Lighthouse, publishes Japanese-language lifestyle information magazines in the United States, and positions education as one of the essential information for daily life. “Japanese
Universities” is a place where students with characteristics such as those who grew up overseas or are bilingual can meet Japanese universities that are eager to globalize.
We continue to hold “admission fairs.” Since the fair was first held in 2017, a total of 14,000 people have watched and participated. Universities that are eager to internationalize and have systems that make it easy for students living overseas to take entrance exams and attend school participate every time.

* ◆American Japanese media “Lighthouse” *
Since 1989, we have been publishing the monthly Japanese information magazine “Lighthouse” in the United States. The editorial themes are “problem solving,” “courage and energy,” and “moisture,” and we continue to provide daily life information that is essential for living in America. Japanese media on the West Coast of the United States, centered on Los Angeles, is an information source with an overwhelming amount of information and advertisements, including the California edition (60,000 copies), the Seattle/Portland edition (15,000 copies), and the Hawaii edition. We publish an area edition (20,000 copies) and a national edition (twice a year).

* ◆Lighthouse (Headquarters Los Angeles, USA) *
Lighthouse was founded in 1989 by Yoichi Komiyama (current chairman), who moved to the United States alone. We launched a Japanese-language information magazine with the aspiration to become a lighthouse for people living in America, aspiring people, and businesses. In addition to planning and producing publications, we also plan and manage events, and engage in international education projects.
