Fuji Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (Fujikawaguchiko Town, Minamitsuru District, Yamanashi Prefecture, President and Representative Director) “Fujizakura Kogen Beer”, brewed and sold by Kazuya Shimura, will start selling “Mandarina Barbaria” in limited quantities from May 10th (Friday).

“Mandarina Barbaria” is a limited edition beer that uses Fujizakura Kogen Beer’s Weizen as a base, uses a single hop of the German hop “Mandarina Barbaria”, and uses orange peel as an accent.
It has a weizen scent with a slight sweetness and a citrus scent like mandarin orange, and the alcohol content is low.
At 5.0%, it is lower than regular Weizen (5.5%), making it easier to drink. Perfect for early summer evenings. We recommend pairing it with seafood such as fresh grilled shrimp. Enjoy the refreshing taste and a pleasant refreshing feeling on an early summer day.
The label design is based on orange, which is reminiscent of Mt. Fuji and the summer sun, so please enjoy it from the beginning of summer, when the sun is bright and you can feel the signs of summer. Fujizakura Kogen Beer is a beer brewed using precious underground water that has been gushing out from Mt. Fuji over a period of over 10 years, using brewing techniques cultivated at Demens Brewing School, one of the few nationally accredited schools in Germany. Most of the ingredients are imported from Germany, and the beer is 100% malt (with some exceptions). In addition, since it is not filtered, it contains a lot of live yeast, allowing you to enjoy the original taste and aroma of beer.
