Kagoshima City went from having the worst waiting list in the nation to zero in two years. Produced a system introduction video as part of the collaboration agreement with Nextbeat
Next Beat Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Seiji Mihara), which operates Japan’s largest employment and career change support service for childcare workers, “Nursery Bank!” We would like to inform you that we have produced an introduction video about the city’s childcare worker support system as part of the “Agreement on Collaboration and Cooperation for the Dissemination of Securing Information.”

* ■Overview*
In June 2023, Next Beat Co., Ltd. concluded an “Agreement on Collaboration and Cooperation for Disseminating Information on Securing Childcare Workers, etc.” with Kagoshima City.
Kagoshima City, which had the worst childcare waiting list in Japan in 2022, has been focusing on improving the treatment of childcare workers and providing employment support for potential childcare workers in order to resolve the shortage of childcare workers behind this situation.
This time, as part of our efforts related to the partnership agreement, we created a video introducing Kagoshima City’s unique childcare worker support system, etc., and published it on the Kagoshima City special page within “Nursery Teacher Bank!”. ▼Nursery teacher bank! Kagoshima City has announced that the number of children on waiting lists in 2024 (as of April 1st) has been reduced to zero due to the establishment of new daycare centers and improved conditions for childcare workers.
We will continue to disseminate information through “Nursery Teacher Bank!” so that Kagoshima City can stably maintain zero children on waiting lists.
