Japan Home Shield launches 20-year building quality guarantee new service “Long-Term Support Program”

Since Japan Home Shield began providing ground quality assurance services in 1993, we have developed a variety of services to support housing businesses across the country, with the banner of housing safety and security.
The newly launched “Long-term Support Program” is a service that adds 20 years of building quality guarantee to the ground quality guarantee and equipment guarantee that we have been providing up until now, and we have the know-how of building inspection results including over 300,000 used properties. It was made from.
Pre-sales started in January, and the product was well received by over 100 customers, and we are now selling it nationwide.
The 20-year building quality guarantee applies to buildings that meet building inspection standards, and guarantees the quality of key structural parts and parts that prevent rainwater from entering. In the unlikely event of an accident such as a rain leak, this service includes the provision of specialized engineers and the securing of after-sales maintenance personnel who will assist in resolving the accident from identifying the cause of the accident to completing repair work.
We provide technical support for long-term warranty operations with reliable housing performance and accident response.
In addition, by providing this service along with a 20-year ground quality guarantee, it will be possible to clarify who is responsible for accidents that occur in gray areas such as sloped floors, and aim to quickly resolve accidents and improve customer satisfaction. We offer a 20-year initial warranty based on reliable housing performance and regular inspections and maintenance.
Building quality assurance involves inspecting key parts for structural strength and parts that prevent rainwater from entering, to ensure the quality of buildings that meet building inspection standards.
In the unlikely event that there is a structural defect, we will carry out work to restore the property to its original condition.
*2. Ground quality guarantee 20 years*
We guarantee safe ground quality by confirming whether the ground can withstand the weight of the building and proposing optimal foundation specifications and countermeasures. In the unlikely event that the building tilts and sinks unevenly (unequal settlement), we will carry out work to restore the building to its original condition.
*3. Equipment warranty 10 years*
In the event of a natural failure of equipment, we provide services equivalent to the manufacturer’s warranty with a comprehensive support system.
