Announcement of business alliance with Takachiho Trading Co., Ltd. regarding market development in the OT security and industrial solutions field

As part of our efforts to strengthen the industrial total solutions field, we have entered into a business partnership agreement with Terilogy Holdings, Inc. (Security code: 5133, hereinafter referred to as “Terilogy Holdings”) to expand transactions and develop
next-generation business centered on the OT (*1) security business in 2024. We would like to inform you that we concluded an agreement in April 2017 and have begun joint market development in the industrial solutions field.
■ *Background and reasons*
Cybersecurity risks surrounding the manufacturing industry are rapidly becoming more serious in recent years due to the spread of smart factories and the introduction of IoT devices. In addition, guidelines have been established for critical infrastructure such as railways, electric power, gas, and petrochemicals, as well as for various industries such as the automobile industry, and further security reinforcement and countermeasures are required throughout the entire manufacturing supply chain.
In light of this situation, this spring Terilogy Group began collaborating with Takachiho Trading Co., Ltd., which has a proven track record of providing total solutions from physical security to information network systems to a wide range of customers, including those in the manufacturing industry.
