Regarding the conclusion of spring 2024 labor-management negotiations ……
We have reached an agreement with the Ebara Godo Labor Union regarding monthly wages, bonuses, etc. for fiscal 2024 as follows.
1. Wages
(1) Monthly wage
In addition to regular salary increases, we will implement a flat wage improvement of 15,000 yen.
We will also implement a wage improvement equivalent to 15,000 yen for non-regular employees.
(2) Starting salary
The fee will be increased by 15,000 yen for all academic qualifications. 2. Bonus
Based on the performance-based bonus funding formula that has been agreed upon by labor and management, 9.73 months worth of bonuses will be paid in the summer and winter seasons of 2024.
3. Others
When monthly wages are combined with the amount of regular salary increases, the average wage improvement rate for union members was approximately 7%. In addition, bonuses will continue to be at a high level as last year, and the annual income of union members is expected to increase by approximately 8.3% compared to last year.
