The above-mentioned funds (hereinafter referred to as the two funds) managed and sold by our company are funds of funds and primarily invest in investment trust securities. The two funds invest in securities that fluctuate in price, so the base value will fluctuate. The main factors that change the NAV of the two funds include “price fluctuation risk,” “exchange fluctuation risk,” “country risk,” “credit risk,” and “liquidity risk.” Therefore, the investment principal is not guaranteed and certain investment results cannot be guaranteed. In addition, the investment principal may be lost due to a decline in the base price. All profits and losses from investment belong to the customer.
◆Other points to note
Unlike deposits and insurance contracts, investment trusts are not protected by the Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Savings Insurance Corporation, or the Policyholder Protection Corporation. In addition, if you do not purchase through a securities company, you will not be subject to the Investor Protection Fund.
Regarding transactions, the provisions of Article 37-6 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (so-called cooling-off) do not apply. The management company handles the establishment and management of investment trusts.

○Trust property retention amount: The amount calculated by multiplying the base price by the rate of 0.1% will be deducted on the second business day after the redemption application is received.
◆Costs indirectly borne by investors with trust assets
○Operation management costs:

The amount obtained by multiplying the fund’s total daily net assets by a rate of 0.495% per year (0.45% per year excluding tax). Trust fees will be charged for other investment trust securities. The trust fee is also an expense that is indirectly borne by the customer, so the actual trust fee is approximately 0.56% ± 0.02% per year (tax included).
Saison asset formation master fund
The amount obtained by multiplying the fund’s total daily net assets by a rate of 0.572% per year (0.52% per year excluding tax). Trust fees will be charged for other investment trust securities. The trust fee is also an expense that is indirectly borne by the customer, so the actual trust fee is approximately 1.34% ± 0.2% per year (tax included).
*This is an estimate of the actual burden amount, taking into account trust fees for investment trust securities that the fund invests in. It will fluctuate due to changes in the investment ratio for each investment trust security, the rate of operation and management fees for each investment trust security, etc.
○Other expenses: Taxes related to trust assets, miscellaneous expenses required to process trust affairs (including fees incurred when buying and selling securities, expenses required to store securities, etc.), audit fees (including consumption tax), Interest on the advance payment will be deducted from the trust assets.
