Regarding acquisition of all shares of microCMS Co., Ltd. by Ateam Co., Ltd. microCMS Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Shoichi Matsuda, hereinafter referred to as the Company), which operates the headless CMS platform “microCMS”, announced on May 9, 2024 (Thursday) Ateam Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Takao Hayashi, hereinafter referred to as Ateam). We would like to announce that we will become a group company of Ateam Inc. through the acquisition of 100% of our company’s shares by A.
Please note that there will be no changes to the business content as a result of this matter. microCMS will continue to promote its business with the mission of “creating weapons for engineers and supporting the world’s progress.”
Background of group participation
Until now, our company has focused on refining our products and sincerely responding to our customers. This initiative has been successful, and through organic growth, we now have over 8,000 companies, ranging from major listed companies to startups, registered as members of our services.
