■ Background
When implementing a construction project, the plan must comply not only with the laws that govern the country’s rules, but also with the local ordinances that govern the area where the construction is planned. However, construction projects are not always carried out in the same area every time, and different plans require different provisions to be referenced, so the problem was that it took a lot of time for construction company personnel to conduct the survey. . This solution, “ordiq,” provides appropriate answers to user questions by using the generated AI to pre-read and analyze the ordinances of each city, ward, town, or village. The answer cites the section of the ordinance that is the basis for the answer, so it can be checked by human eyes.
By utilizing this solution, it is expected that the person in charge of checking regulations will be able to reduce the time spent searching for ordinances related to a construction project, as well as the time spent searching for related provisions among ordinances. *Currently available in approximately 50 major municipalities nationwide. Items that are not supported can be updated by receiving feedback from users.
